Wilson joined the Lynx prior to the WNBL 2024–25 season and made an immediate impact, quickly becoming a fan favourite through her competitiveness and professionalism. Across her two seasons in Perth, she confirmed herself as one of the country's premier guards and a central figure within the Lynx program.
Her influence was recognised during her inaugural season with the club, when she was named Lynx MVP, and selected in the WNBL’s All‑Star First Team, following a standout campaign at both ends of the floor.
Wilson continued that form into the 2025-26 season, earning the club’s Golden Hands Award while once again being named in the WNBL All‑Star First Team, underlining her consistency and standing across the competition.
The 2025–26 season also marked a significant career milestone for Wilson, who reached 250 WNBL games, earning life membership of the league - a reflection of her longevity, durability and contribution to Australian women’s basketball.
Perth Lynx General Manager, Chris Earl, thanked Wilson for her contribution to the club.
“Ally has been an outstanding representative of the Perth Lynx over the past two seasons,” Earl said. “Her competitiveness and connection with our fans made a lasting impact on our program. We’re grateful for everything she brought to the club and wish her all the very best both in the immediate future - in her time with the Washinghton Mystics in the WNBA - as well as in the next chapter of her career.”
